Appointment of Liquidator and

Pritesh Patel (IP120) Licensed Insolvency Practitioner was appointed as liquidator for the above-named companies by a special resolution of the shareholders on the companies pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 as follows:

RINOA CONSTRUCTION LIMITED (in liquidation) on 7 March 2024 at 10.30am.

Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 8 April 2024 as the day on or before which the creditors are to make claims and establish any priority.
