Notice is hereby given that on 20 November 2024 at 10.06am Damien Grant and Adam Botterill, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners were appointed joint and several administrators of the above-named company by the board of the company pursuant to section 239I of the Companies Act 1993.

Notice of First Creditors Meeting

The first meeting of creditors of the company will be held by way of audio visual link on Monday, 2 December 2024 at 2.00pm. All creditors wishing to participate in the meeting must register a claim with the administrators in advance of the meeting.

The purpose of the meeting is to:

1. Decide whether to appoint a creditors’ committee and, if so, to appoint its members; and
2. Decide whether there is any need to replace the administrators.

Notice Regarding Licensing of Administrators

Notice is hereby given that as of 1 September 2020 administrators of insolvent companies are required to be licensed. More information regarding the regulation of insolvency practitioners is available from the Registrar of Companies.
