Notice of Appointment of Administrators and
Notice of First Meeting of Creditors

Pursuant to Sections 239ADW and 239AO of the Companies Act 1993 (As Amended) (“Act”)

Iain Bruce Shephard and Jessica Jane Kellow, both Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of BDO Wellington (Registration Numbers: IP71 and IP75, respectively), were appointed joint administrators to the above-named companies pursuant to section 239I of the Companies Act 1993 on 24 September 2024 at 9.00am.

Notice to Creditors

All creditors should forward details of any claim they may have against the companies, including details of any claims made against the assets of the companies pursuant to reservation of title or otherwise, to the administrators at the address noted below.

Notice of First Meeting of Creditors

Notice is given that a meeting of the creditors of the companies will be held on 4 October 2024 at 2.00pm. The meeting will be held at the offices of BDO, Level 1, 50 Customhouse Quay, Wellington. Attendance may be in person or via a virtual link. Please contact the administrators for the virtual link.

The purpose of the meeting is to determine:

1. whether to appoint a committee of creditors; and
2. if so, who are to be the committee's members.

At the meeting, creditors may also by resolution:

1. remove the administrator from office; and
2. appoint someone else as administrator of the companies.
