Notice of Appointment of Administrators

The above company was placed into voluntary administration with affect from 5.00pm on 30 August 2024 by written resolution of the board of the company of even date. Raymond Paul Cox (Registration No.: IP94) and Gareth Russel Hoole (Registration No.: IP26), chartered accountants and Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed administrators pursuant to section 239I of the Companies Act 1993.

Notice of First Creditors’ Meeting

The administrators advise that the first meeting of creditors will be held on 11 September 2024 at 10.00am at the offices of Ecovis KGA Ltd, L2 5–7 Kingdon Street, Newmarket, Auckland. Attendance may be in person or via a virtual meeting link.

Such meeting is convened for the purposes of:

1. Deciding whether to appoint a creditors’ committee and, if so, to appoint its members; and
2. Deciding whether there is any need to replace the administrators.
