Notice of First Creditors’ Meeting

The first meeting of creditors of the company will be held via audio-visual link on 9 September 2024 at 11.00am. Please email admin@pkfcr.co.nz to register by 11.00am, 5 September 2024.

The purpose of the meeting is to decide:

• Whether to appoint a creditor’s committee, and if so, to appoint its members; and
• Whether to replace the administrators.
