Notice of Appointment of Administrators and
Notice of First Meeting of Creditors

Pursuant to Sections 239ADW(1)(a) and 239AO(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

Malcolm Hollis and Richard Nacey, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several administrators of SUSTAINABLE FOODS LIMITED (in voluntary administration) pursuant to section 239I(1) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) by directors pursuant to section 239I of the Act on 23 August 2024 at 1.00pm.

Meetings of the creditors of the company will be held on 4 September 2024 at 11.00am at the following locations:

• PwC Canterbury, Level 4, 60 Cashel St, Christchurch.
• PwC Auckland, Level 27, PwC Tower, 15 Customs Street West, Auckland 1010.

Creditors should arrive 15 minutes prior to the commencement of the meeting to facilitate registration procedures.

The purpose of the meeting is to decide:

1. whether to appoint a creditors’ committee; and
2. if so, to appoint its members.

At the meeting, creditors may also, by resolution:

1. remove the Administrators from office; and
2. appoint someone else as Administrator of the Company.

Creditors may exercise their right to vote by being present in person, or by appointing a proxy or by postal vote.
