Steven Khov and Kieran Jones both Licensed Insolvency Practitioners were appointed joint and several administrators of the above-named companies on 19 July 2024 at 5.00pm pursuant to section 239I of the Companies Act 1993.

Notice to Creditors

Notice is also hereby given that a meeting of creditors will be held at 10.00am on 29 July 2024 via audio-visual link. Please email creditor@khovjones.co.nz to register by 10.00am on 25 July 2024.

Such meeting is convened for the purposes of:

1. Deciding whether to appoint a creditors’ committee and, if so, to appoint its members; and
2. Deciding whether there is any need to replace the administrators.
