Notice of Watershed Meetings

Pursuant to Section 239AU of the Companies Act 1993

The appointment of Geoff Falloon, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner and chartered accountant of Biz Rescue Limited, as administrator of the above companies by the director on 11 June 2024 was confirmed at the meeting of creditors on 21 June 2024 and 1 July 2024 respectively.

Watershed Meetings of Creditors

A “watershed meeting” of creditors will be held on Wednesday 17 July 2024 at 1.00pm and 2.00pm respectively at the Marlborough Chamber of Commerce, 1/6 Scott Street, Blenheim.

Purpose of Meetings

1. Resolve to execute a deed of company arrangement; or
2. Resolve that the administration should end; or
3. Resolve to appoint a liquidator.

Documents

The following documents have been sent to creditors:

1. Report as to the affairs of each company;
2. Statement of opinion as to the future of each company;
3. Details of proposed deeds of company arrangement;
4. Interest statements;
5. Directors’ statements of position;
6. Proxy forms; and
7. Voting forms.
