Notice of Adjournment of First Meeting of Creditors

We, Damien Grant and Adam Botterill, refer to our appointment as administrators on 11 June 2024 pursuant to section 238I of the Companies Act 1993.

Notice is hereby given that the first meeting of creditors to be held for the company on Friday, 21 June 2024, has been adjourned. We now confirm that we will be reconvening the first meeting of creditors for the company, which will be held at Beachside Nelson, 70 Beach Road, Tahunanui, Nelson 7011at 11.00am on Monday, 24 June 2024.

The purpose of the meeting is to:

1. Decide whether to appoint a creditors’ committee and, if so, to appoint its members for the company; and
2. Decide whether there is any need to replace the administrators of the company.
