Notice of Appointment of Administrators

Benjamin Francis and Garry Whimp give notice that we were appointed administrators by a resolution of the director of both companies on 22 January 2024 pursuant to section 239L of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”).

Notice is also given that, pursuant to section 239AN and Schedule 5 of the Act, a first meeting of creditors of the companies will be held remotely by Zoom link on 1 February 2024 at 11.00am and 12.00pm respectively.

A zoom link will be provided to all interested parties.

The purpose of the meeting is to determine:

• Whether to appoint a creditor’s committee, and if so, to appoint its members; and
• Whether to replace the administrators.
