Notice of Appointment of Administrators and
Public Notice of First Meeting of Creditors

1. Pursuant to section 239ADW(1)(b) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), notice is hereby given that on 3 May 2024 at 3.50pm, Stephen Speers Keen (IP159) and Malcolm Russell Moore (IP42) were appointed by the company as joint and several administrators of the company by notice of appointment and resolution passed under section 239I of the Act.
2. Pursuant to section 239AO(1)(b) of the Act, notice is now given that a meeting of the creditors will be held at The Maritime Room (Princes Wharf, Auckland) on Monday, 13 May 2024 at 10.00am.
3. The purpose of the meeting is to determine:
1. Whether to appoint a creditors’ committee and, if so, to appoint its members.
2. Whether to replace the administrators.
