Notice of Appointment of Administrators

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 239I of the Companies Act 1993, Paul Thomas Manning and Jessica Jane Kellow, were appointed joint and several administrators of MANTA5 LP and BRIGHT SPARK INNOVATIONS GP LIMITED (administrators appointed) on 16 April 2024 at 10.30am.

Notice to Creditors

All creditors should forward details of any claim they may have against either the partnership or company, including details of any claims made against the assets of the relevant entity pursuant to reservation of title or otherwise, to the administrators at the address noted below.

Notice of First Meeting of Creditors

Notice is given that a meeting of the creditors of the partnership and company will be held on Tuesday, 23 April 2024 at 10.30am. The meeting will be held at the office of BDO Tauranga Limited, Level 1, 525 Cameron Road, Tauranga. There will also be an option to attend via Teams.

The purpose of the meeting is to determine:

1. Whether to appoint a committee of creditors; and
2. If so, who are to be the committee’s members.
3. Receive and consider the director’s statements.

At the meeting, creditors may also by resolution:

1. Remove the administrators from office; and
2. Appoint someone else as administrator of the company.
