Pursuant to the Legislation Act 2019, notice is given of the issue on 10 November 2023 of the Food Notice: Maximum Residue Levels for Agricultural Compounds under the Food Act 2014, which comes into force on 13 November 2023.

Notice is also given under clause 8(1)(d) of Schedule 6 of the Food Act 2014 that, under sections 444 and 445, the Nutrient Reference Values for Australia and New Zealand is incorporated by reference as a standard work of reference into the Notice.

A copy of the Notice and the Nutrient Reference Values for Australia and New Zealand may be inspected free of charge or purchased at a reasonable cost at the office of the Ministry for Primary Industries, Charles Fergusson Building, 38–42 Bowen Street, Wellington 6011.
