In accordance with the Legislation Act 2019, I give notice that the Deputy Director-General Fisheries New Zealand (acting under delegated authority of the Director-General of Ministry for Primary Industries) has made the following notice under regulation 81D of the Fisheries (Commercial Fishing) Regulations 2001:

This notice is secondary legislation for the purposes of the Legislation Act 2019 and is administered by the Ministry for Primary Industries (MPI).
