Pursuant to the Legislation Act 2019, notice is given of the issue on 4 July 2023 of the following Food Notice under the Food Act 2014 which came into force on 4 July 2023.

• Food Notice: Approved official templates or models for food control plans developed by third parties –
• GLOBALG.A.P.,
• British Retail Consortium (BRC), and
• Baking New Zealand.

A copy of this notice may be inspected free of charge or purchased at a reasonable cost, at the office of the Ministry for Primary Industries, Charles Fergusson Building, 34–38 Bowen Street, PO Box 2526, Wellington 6011.
