Pursuant to section 21(f) of the Broadcasting Act 1989, a revised Election Programmes Code of Broadcasting Practice has been issued (replacing the March 2020 edition of the Election Programmes Code of Broadcasting Practice).

The new Election Programmes Code of Broadcasting Practice will take effect from 1 July 2023.

Copies of the code can be downloaded from www.bsa.govt.nz and will be made available free from the Broadcasting Standards Authority, PO Box 9213, Wellington 6141.
