This declaration is issued pursuant to section 28A of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and declares that:

• minerals prospecting, exploration, and mining permits will not be granted in relation to the subsoil of the land area described in the Schedule attached to this notice, and
• the land area of minerals prospecting, exploration, and mining permits will not be extended to include the subsoil of the land area described in the Schedule attached to this notice.

This declaration has effect on and from 13 June 2023 to 30 January 2026.
