This Notice is issued under section 170 of the Veterans’ Support Act 2014 and Regulation 42 of the Veterans’ Support Regulations 2014. It came into force on 1 April 2023.

Rates of Veteran’s Pension

This Notice specifies the rates of Veteran's Pension paid from 1 April 2023 under Part 6 of the Veteran’s Support Act 2014 (subject to any abatement under regulation 42A).

Notice

1. The single living alone rate is $578.67 per week.
2. The single sharing accommodation rate is $532.43 per week.
3. The relationship rate is $439.79 per week.
4. The relationship (partner not receiving superannuation or pension) rate is $834.08 per week.
5. The relationship (partner not receiving superannuation or pension) legacy rate is $879.58 per week.
