The Environmental Protection Authority (EPA) gives notice that pursuant to section 96C(3) of the Hazardous Substances and New Organisms Act 1996 (“Act”), the EPA amends six of the Not Otherwise Specified (N.O.S.) Group Standards – HSR002622, HSR002623, HSR002625, HSR002626, HSR002627, HSR002628 as follows:

1. To correct a technical error in six of the N.O.S Group Standards (HSC002622, HSC0026232, HSC002624, HSC002626, HSC002627, HSC002628) that occurred during the GHS reissue.

The amendment to the Group Standards was approved by the EPA on 14 April 2023. This amendment takes effect on 22 May 2023.

The N.O.S. Group Standards listed above may be inspected free of charge during normal business hours at the EPA office, purchased from the EPA, or viewed in full at www.epa.govt.nz.
