Notice of Dissolution of Partnership

Due to the sale of the property at 357 New North Road, Kingsland, Auckland, the undertaking for the partnership known as the New North Road Syndicate has come to an end. As such, in accordance with section 33(2) of the Partnership Law Act 2019, this notice is to advise of the dissolution of the partnership, such partnership having been dissolved on 1 March 2023.
