I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 in relation to the following companies on the application of the following persons, by deleting incorrect documents as noted below and otherwise adjusting the Register.

ACCESS COMMUNITY HEALTH LIMITED (1190930) – to amend a Particulars of Director dated 1 March 2023 at 3.46pm. The effect being Benjamin Dollar Doshi ceased to be a director on 28 February 2023.

A-ONE ELECTRICAL SERVICES LIMITED (8135220) – rectification shall comprise of the following:

  1. To amend the Particulars of Shareholding dated 3 April 2021. The effect being Sharna Tatana remain a shareholder of 25 shares.
  2. To file amended annual returns for 2021 and 2022.
