Public Notice of Amalgamation Proposal

Pursuant to Section 221(4) of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is given that TWO SIX LIMITED and ONE SEVEN LIMITED being the amalgamating companies, propose to amalgamate and continue as TWO SIX LIMITED.

Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection during normal business hours by any shareholder or creditor of each of the amalgamating companies, or any person to whom each of the amalgamating companies is under an obligation, at the registered offices of the amalgamating companies as set out below:

Entertainment Accounting Services Limited, First Floor, 50 Randolph Street, Eden Terrace, Auckland 1010.
