I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 in relation to the following companies on the application of the following persons, by deleting incorrect documents as noted below and otherwise adjusting the Register.

HENDERSON FAR EAST INCOME LIMITED (2037974) – to amend a Particulars of Director dated 11 April 2023. The effect being John Bailey Russell ceased as a director on 21 June 2022.

TERNARY KINETICS LIMITED (8866868) – rectification shall comprise of the following:

1. Remove the Update Shares and Particulars of Shareholding dated 13 October 2023 at 10.15am.
2. Amend two Update Shares and Particulars of Shareholding dated 13 October 2023.
3. Amend the Update Shares dated 31 October 2023.

The effect being the total number of shares as of 31 October 2023 is 11,379,082, of which 692,808 is held by OUTSET VENTURES NOMINEES LIMITED (8654166).
