Public Notice of Amalgamation Proposal

Pursuant to Section 221(4) of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is given that EPSOM THERAPY LIMITED and PONSONBY THERAPY LIMITED, being the amalgamating companies, propose to amalgamate and continue as PONSONBY THERAPY LIMITED.

Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection during normal business hours by any shareholder or creditor of each of the amalgamating companies, or any person to whom each of the amalgamating companies is under an obligation, at the registered offices of the amalgamating companies, as set out below:
