I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 in relation to the following companies on the application of the following persons, by deleting incorrect documents as noted below and otherwise adjusting the Register.

REGISTRATION HOLDINGS LIMITED (1591125) – rectification shall comprise of the following:

1. To remove the Particulars of Director dated 21 December 2021. The effect being Anthony John Sutherland remains a director.
2. To remove the Particulars of Shareholding dated 3 June 2022. The effect being AQUA-TECH INDUSTRIES LIMITED (96470) remain a shareholder of 1000 shares and OUTDOOR ENTERTAINMENT LIMITED (110723) a shareholder of 1000 shares.
3. Submit an amended annual return for 2022.

1. Remove the Update Shares and Particulars of Shareholding dated 20 August 2021.
2. Submit an amended annual return for 2022.
