Section 101 of the Limited Partnerships Act 2008

Take notice that I propose to restore the following limited partnerships to the Register on the application of the persons named below. I am satisfied that these limited partnerships were at the time of deregistration carrying on business and there is a proper reason for them to continue in existence.

LOWRY BAY NUMBER TWO LIMITED PARTNERSHIP (50038683) – Applicant: Sarah Redpath, PO Box 240, Shortland Street, Auckland 1140.

WATER TO GO AUSTRALASIA LP (50026800) – Applicant: Kylie Fisher, 173 Spey Street, Invercargill 9810.

Any person who wishes to object must do so by 27 October 2023 being not less than 20 working days from the date of this notice.
