Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 221(4)(b) of the Companies Act 1993, that EASTERN BAYS HEALTH CENTRE LIMITED (Company Number: 8712206) and MERALMA HEALTH AND WELLBEING LIMITED (Company Number: 7858617) being the amalgamating companies, propose to amalgamate, with EASTERN BAYS HEALTH CENTRE LIMITED being the amalgamated (continuing) company.

Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection during normal business hours by any shareholder or creditor of an amalgamating company or any person to whom an amalgamating company is under an obligation at the registered offices of the amalgamating companies, being:

MERALMA HEALTH AND WELLBEING LIMITED, at 21 Mahora Street, Kilbirnie, Wellington, 6022.

A shareholder or creditor of an amalgamating company, or any person to whom an amalgamating company is under an obligation, is entitled to be supplied free of charge with a copy of the amalgamation proposal upon request to an amalgamating company.
