Public Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the New Zealand Register by Transfer of Incorporation to Australia

POWERHOUSE VENTURES LIMITED (“company”) hereby gives notice that it intends to apply to the Registrar of Companies, under section 351 of the Companies Act 1993, for the company to be removed from the New Zealand Register in connection with the company becoming incorporated under the law in force in Victoria, Australia.

The company will apply to the Registrar to remove the company from the New Zealand Register not earlier than 20 working days after the date of publication of this notice.
