I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 in relation to the following companies on the application of the following persons, by deleting incorrect documents as noted below and otherwise adjusting the Register.

BBC CONSTRUCTION LIMITED (1716030) – to amend a Particulars of Director dated 24 January 2023. The effect being Dawson Thomas Boyd ceased as director effective 1 April 2022.

1. Remove the Update Shares dated 11 March 2020.
2. Remove the Particulars of Shareholding dated 11 March 2020.
3. Remove the Particulars of Shareholding dated 11 December 2020.
4. Submit amended annual returns for 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023.

The effect being the total number of shares remain to be 464574575 and JAMESTRONG AUSTRALASIA HOLDINGS PTY LIMITED remain the sole shareholder.
