Public Notice of Transfer of Incorporation to Australia

H INVESTMENTS (NZ) LIMITED hereby gives notice, pursuant to section 353 of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), that:

1. it intends to apply, under section 351 of the Act, for the company to be removed from the New Zealand Register on or after 28 July 2022 in connection with the company becoming incorporated under the law in force in, or in any part of, another country; and
2. it is intended to incorporate the company under the law in force in New South Wales, Australia.
