Public Notice of Amalgamation Proposal

Pursuant to Section 221(4) of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is given that BOOM ROCK DOGS LIMITED and BOOM ROCK DOGS NATURE PARK LIMITED, being the amalgamating companies, propose to amalgamate with effect from 1 April 2023 and continue as BOOM ROCK DOGS LIMITED.

The amalgamation proposal is available free of charge to any creditor of BOOM ROCK DOGS LIMITED or BOOM ROCK DOGS NATURE PARK LIMITED or any other person to whom the companies are under an obligation, by email request to boomrockdogs@gmail.com.
