Notice of a Meeting of the Creditors

Pursuant to Section 243 and Section 314 of the Companies Act 1993

On 15 December 2022 at 10.20am it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholder(s), pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that WORK FORCE CONNECT LIMITED be liquidated and that Kelera Nayacakalou, Licenced Insolvency Practitioner, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.

The meeting of creditors of the company will take place by postal ballot and will be held on Wednesday, 15 March 2023 at 4.00pm.

Proof of debt and voting papers must be received by 5.00pm, Monday, 13 March 2023 by email to: liquidateitsolutions@gmail.com or posted to: 2 Foxbury Court, Rototuna, Hamilton 3210.

The purpose of the meeting is:

1. That the appointment of Kelera Nayacakalou as liquidator of WORK FORCE CONNECT LIMITED (in liquidation) be confirmed;
2. that another liquidator be appointed to replace the incumbent liquidator – Kelera Nayacakalou;
3. that a liquidation committee be appointed.
