Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the above-named company, on 25 January 2023 at 12.05pm appointed Benjamin Francis and Simon Dalton, both Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of Auckland, as liquidators.

Notice is given that a meeting of creditors of the company will be held in the offices of WRMK Lawyers, 9 Hunt Street, Whangarei, on Tuesday 28 February 2023 at 2.00pm.

1. Update on the progress of the liquidation.
2. To confirm the appointment of Benjamin Francis and Simon Dalton as liquidators.
3. To consider whether to appoint a liquidation committee.
4. To consider whether to pass resolutions setting out any other views of creditors.
