Notice of Meeting of Creditors

Pursuant to Section 243 Companies Act 1993

I, John Marshall Scutter of Paraparaumu, chartered accountant and Licensed Insolvency Practitioner was appointed liquidator of AQUA OASIS LIMITED (in liquidation) (formerly known as POOL HQ LIMITED) by special resolution of shareholders on 27 November 2023 pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Notice is now given that a meeting of the creditors of the company will be held by postal vote only, on Wednesday, 27 December 2023 at 9.30am.

The purpose of the meeting is to:

1. Resolve whether to confirm the appointment of the current liquidator, or to appoint another liquidator in place of the liquidator so appointed.

A creditor may exercise the right to vote by postal vote only. 

If you wish to vote by postal vote you must complete the postal voting form and deliver it to the liquidator not less than two (2) working days before the start of the meeting (being 21 December 2023), either by email: john@fervor.co.nz or post: PO Box 2236, Raumati Beach, Paraparaumu 5255.

If you are a creditor of the company and you have not received the liquidator’s first report and/or meeting documentation, please contact the liquidator at the address details below as soon as possible and submit the required claim and voting form by the time and dates prescribed in such forms.
