Agenda

1. Update on the affairs of the company.
2. To receive the views of creditors regarding the liquidation including:
1. whether the company (as a creditor of Browns Bay Seaview Limited) should vote to confirm the appointment of the liquidator of Browns Bay Seaview Limited or whether another liquidator should replace the liquidator initially appointed; and
2. whether the company (as a creditor of Browns Bay Seaview Limited) should appoint a receiver to Browns Bay Seaview Limited under its general security interest.
3. To confirm the appointment of the liquidator or whether another liquidator should be appointed.
4. Whether to appoint a liquidation committee and, if so, the members of that committee
