Notice of Watershed Meeting of Creditors

Pursuant to Sections 239AT and 239AU of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that a watershed meeting of the creditors to decide the future of PARKERS BEVERAGE COMPANY LIMITED will be held virtually by way of video conference on Monday, 2 October 2023 at 11.00am.

Creditors who wish to attend, please contact Jennifer Yi at jennifer@palliserin.co.nz no later than 11.00am on Friday, 29 September 2023.

Agenda for Watershed Meeting

1. To consider the administrators’ report and opinion about the company’s business, property, affairs and financial circumstances.

2. For creditors of the company to vote on whether the company should execute a deed of company arrangement, whether the company should be placed into liquidation or whether the administration should end.

3. Any other business that may lawfully be brought forward.

Creditors may exercise their right to vote by being present virtually, by appointing a proxy or by postal/email vote. Postal votes and proxies must be received by 11.00am on 29 September 2023 by way of email to jennifer@palliserin.co.nz.
