Notice of Meeting of Creditors

Pursuant to Section 243 of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that a meeting of creditors of SPRING 1050 LIMITED (in liquidation) will be held at the offices of Rodgers Reidy (NZ) Limited, Level 1, 547 Te Atatu Road, Auckland on Wednesday, 23 August 2023, commencing at 11.00am.

Business

1. Liquidators’ report on the proceeding of the liquidation;
2. To receive the views of creditors in regard to the company’s affairs;
3. To confirm the appointment of Derek Ah Sam and Paul Vlasic as liquidators or to appoint another liquidator or liquidators in their place;
4. To consider whether to appoint a liquidation committee, and if so, to appoint members of that committee.

Proxies

Proxies must be completed and received at the office of the liquidators not later than 5.00pm on Tuesday, 22 August 2023.
