Notice of Meeting of Creditors

Notice is given that, pursuant to section 243 of the Companies Act 1993, a meeting of creditors is to be held on Thursday 20 July 2023 at 10.00am by conducting a postal ballot in accordance with Schedule 5, 1(c) of the Companies Act 1993.

Agenda

1. To confirm the appointment of the liquidator.
2. That Grant Reynolds be replaced as liquidator of the Company pursuant to section 243 of the Companies Act 1993 by Heath Gair of Palliser Insolvency Limited.
