Pursuant to Section 243 of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Steven Khov and Kieran Jones, both Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named company on 10 January 2022 at 9.00am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act.

Notice is hereby given that a meeting of preferential creditors will be held via audio-visual link on 24 July 2023 at 10.00am. An audio-visual link will be made available to preferential creditors only.

The purpose of the meeting is to resolve whether the preferential creditors recommend that the liquidator enter into a legal settlement.

Proofs of debt and voting papers must be received by 10.00am on 22 July 2023 by email to creditor@khovjones.co.nz.
