Notice of Meeting of Creditors

Pursuant to Section 243 of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Steven Khov and Kieran Jones, both Licensed Insolvency Practitioners were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named company on 3 March 2023 at 11.13am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act.

Notice is hereby given that a meeting of creditors will be held by way of a postal ballot on 19 May 2023 at 12.00pm. Proofs of debt and voting papers must be received by 12.00pm on 19 May 2023 by email to creditor@khovjones.co.nz.

The purpose of the postal ballot is to confirm the appointment of the liquidators or otherwise replacement thereof in accordance with section 243 of the Act.
