Notice of Creditors’ Meeting

Pursuant to Section 258(2)(d) of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is hereby given by Victoria Toon, Chartered Accountant of Auckland, that a meeting of creditors of the above-named company is to be held by audio visual link at 3.00pm, Tuesday 16 May 2023 to discuss progress of the liquidation.

This meeting is a creditor’s meeting pursuant to section 258(2)(d) of the Companies Act 1993.
