Notice of Meeting of Creditors

Pursuant to Section 239ADF of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named company will be held at Chapman Tripp, Level 34, PwC Tower, 15 Customs Street West, Auckland 1010, commencing at 9.00am on Wednesday 12 April 2023.

The purpose of the meeting is to consider and vote on a resolution to vary the terms of the Deed of Company Arrangement (“Deed”) in relation to the persons to be appointed as liquidators of the above-named company upon termination of the Deed.
