Notice of Watershed Meeting

Pursuant to Section 239AU of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Notice is hereby given that the watershed meeting of the creditors of the company will be held on Thursday 6 April 2023 at 10.00am at the offices of Martelli McKegg, HSBC Tower, Level 20, 188 Quay Street, Auckland.

Creditors who are unable to attend the meeting may attend online (via Zoom link).

Agenda

1. To consider the administrator’s report and opinion regarding the company’s business, affairs and financial circumstances.
2. For the creditors of the company to consider and vote on whether the company should be placed into liquidation and whether the administration should end.
3. Any other business that may lawfully be brought forward.

Creditors may exercise their right to vote by being present in person, or by appointing a proxy or by postal vote. Creditors attending online can only vote by submitting a postal vote form and/or proxy form. Proxy/voting forms should be received by no later than 5.00pm on 5 April 2023.
