Notice is given under section 161(1) of the Land Transfer Act 2017 of the following application for a record of title based on adverse possession made under section 155 of the Act.

Application 12089239.1 by Peter Edward Gore, c/- Jacobs Florentine Lawyers, PO Box 12058, Palmerston North 4444 for land at Railway Road, Bunnythorpe (near Clevely Line) being 1012 square metres more or less and being Town Section 1290 Township of Bunnythorpe in Record of Title WN20/192 in the Wellington Land Registration District owned by Agnes Jessie Common and James Davidson as executors. The applicant claims to have been in continuous and undisputed possession of the land for at least 36 years.

A person claiming an estate or interest in the land described may lodge a caveat under section 162 of the Act to prevent the application from being granted before 30 January 2024. If no caveats are lodged, the record of title will be issued, and existing estates and interests extinguished.
