I hereby give notice under section 173(1) of the Land Transfer Act 2017 (“Act”) of applications to bring land under the Act under section 172(1)(b) and issue records of title to the below-named applicants.

Such records of title may be issued unless a caveat preventing it is lodged by person(s) as prescribed under section 174(1) of the Act, on or before 4 September 2023.

Application 12535034.1 by Robyn Adele Bathgate for an estate in fee simple in 631 square metres more or less being Lot 1 and, Application 12535034.3 by Geert Jan van Delft and Maria Agnes van Delft for an estate in fee simple in 4017 square metres more or less being Lot 2, on a plan lodged for deposit in the Otago Land District under number LT 557806 being part Section 12 Block I East Taieri Survey District which is part of the land in Deeds Index S 818.

The applicants are claiming on the grounds that they or their predecessors have had continuous possession of the land as part of their adjoining land at 104 Wingatui Road, Mosgiel and 108 Wingatui Road, Dunedin respectively for a period of more than 42 years.
