Notice is given under section 173(1) of the Land Transfer Act 2017 of the following application to bring land under the Act by virtue of adverse possession under section 172(1)(b) and issue a Record of Title for it to the below-named applicants.

Application 12391490.1 by Korahn Jon Pema and Hannah Elizabeth Buckley C/- Inder Lynch, PO Box 72045, Papakura 2244, Attention Lorenzo Villena, for an estate in fee simple in 8 square metres, more or less, being part Lot 1 on a plan lodged for deposit in the North Auckland Land District under LT 563813 being part Allotment 5 Parish of Wairoa which is part of the land remaining in Deeds Index Volume 23A Folio 523.

The applicant is claiming on the grounds that they and their predecessors have had continuous possession of the land as part of their adjoining land at 12 Monument Road, Clevedon in the Auckland District for a period of more than 12 years.

A person specified in section 174(1) of the Act may lodge a caveat under that section to prevent the application from being granted before 13 July 2023. If no caveats are lodged, a Record of Title will be issued in the name of the applicants.
