Pursuant to section 24 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Palmerston North City Council, acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Conservation, and pursuant to a resolution dated 28 June 2023, hereby reclassifies the reserve described in the Schedule from Recreation Reserve to Local Purpose (Community) Reserve, subject to the provisions of the Act.
