Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Cade Couch, Land Information New Zealand, declares that:

1. Pursuant to section 114, the land in the First Schedule is declared road, which shall vest in the Whangarei District Council; and
2. Pursuant to sections 116 and 117(3)(a), the portion of road described in the Second Schedule is to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Record of Title NA47A/1266 subject to Mortgage 10648254.3; and subject to and together with the Land Covenant in Deed 5456933.2

on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
