Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Deepal Chand, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is acquired for use in connection with a road and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette, and subject to A043840 Gazette Notice declaring portion of State Highway 57 to be a limited access road and 12556905.1 Compensation Certificate pursuant to section 19 of the Public Works Act 1981 by His Majesty The King.
