Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Cade Couch, Land Information New Zealand, declares a portion of road described in the Schedule is to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3) of the Act, amalgamated with the land in Record of Title WN17D/1418, subject to Mortgage 11959019.3 on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
